That feeling when your parcel arrives—you can’t beat it. We get it, once you’ve found your perfect style, you want it fast. Here’s how we get it from us, to you.

WHERE AND HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?

The Style Space ships to Australia and New Zealand. Once you’ve placed your order, we do our best to get it out within 48 hours. It may take a little longer during very busy sale periods (or, currently, any impact from Covid-19). And we don’t count weekends, only business days. All parcels are Express shipped via Australia Post.

FOR ORDERS UNDER $150.00

  • We charge a standard $12.00 for express shipping.

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $150.00

FOR NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS

For our friends in New Zealand, customers don’t need to pay Australian GST. This will be updated in your cart. We ship via Australia Post and estimate that parcels take 3–7 days to reach New Zealand and may be subject to import taxes or duties.

  • We charge a standard $18.00 AUD for standard shipping.

HOW CAN I GET FREE SHIPPING?

Are you a member of The Style Club yet? One of the perks in getting involved is members can qualify for free shipping.

As a standard member of The Style Club:

  • Enjoy free shipping for orders over $150.
  • If you reach higher levels of membership, you’ll qualify for free shipping on all orders plus free returns.

HOW IS MY PACKAGE TRACKED?

Once your order is on its way, you’ll get an email with all the shipping details, including a tracking number. If you’d like to see how your order’s travelling, simply log into Australia Post and use their delivery tracking tool.

Please make sure you’ve made the right arrangements to receive your package, including someone available to sign for it. If no one is there to sign, your package will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.
