My account

If you have signed in or registered with The Style Space, then you automatically have an account, and you are also a member of The Style Club, which entitles you to 5% off every shop—and that’s just for starters.

To access your account, you can go to the person icon on the top right of the site, or access your information, plus extras, via My Style Space.

Returns and exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item?

Step 1:Please contact customer service at returns@thestylespace.com.au to organise a returns & exchanges form or use the form here. We’ll send you a form and label to use.

Step 2: Repackage your merchandise and include the completed form. We’d recommend reusing the same recyclable packaging your item was sent in—together we can help keep our carbon footprint low.

Step 3: Affix the label to the outside of your box and make note of the Australia Post tracking number in case you need to track your package.

Then, just take it to your nearest post office, scan it, drop it, and you’re good to go. These parcels will go to:

How much does it cost to return it?

All returns are handled through Australia Post, who charge a standard shipping fee of $9 per package. This amount will be deducted from your original order amount, and we’ll refund the balance.

Shipping and delivery details

The Style Space ships to Australia and New Zealand.

Once you’ve placed your order, we do our best to get it out within 48 hours. It may take a little longer during very busy sale periods (or, currently, any impact from Covid-19). And we don’t count weekends, only business days. All parcels are Express shipped via Australia Post.

For orders in Australia under $150.00, we charge $12.00 for standard shipping.
For orders in Australia over $150.00, you get free shipping.
